As Â鶹´«Ã½¡¯s Vice President, Head of Client Engagement and Market Development, Continental Europe, Bryce Shepherd focuses on two priorities: advancing the region¡¯s asset intensive reinsurance market ¨C positioned to become one of the largest globally ¨C and strengthening partnerships with clients and C suite stakeholders. His work connects Â鶹´«Ã½¡¯s proven expertise in asset risk solutions with the evolving needs of the market, ensuring collaborative, executive level engagement across the region.

Bryce returned to Â鶹´«Ã½ in June 2025 after a decade in lead business development roles with major insurers and reinsurers in Europe and Asia. In his earlier role with Â鶹´«Ã½, he served as an actuarial analyst in the UK after starting his actuarial career in Australia. Combining technical expertise with commercial understanding, Bryce approaches challenges with a collaborative and practical mindset. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing client-oriented solutions and building strong partnerships. 

Bryce is a Chartered Actuary and holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, (Hons) in bioinformatics from The University of Queensland, as well as an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University with an emphasis on innovation and leadership.
